Refund policy

What is your refund policy for items purchased from the website? 
Melange Style is happy to offer a refund or exchange on any perfect merchandise, with all tags attached returned within 14 days of receiving your item and with the despatch note. Melange Style reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. 

Please use the free returns label found in your parcel to return the items back to our warehouse in the USA. Any item(s) returned after the 14 day timeframe will be shipped back to the customer. Refunds will be made in the form of the original form of payment. 

All merchandise from our SALE category is Final Sale, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. 

All Customized items are Final Sale and does not guarantee any exchanges or refunds.

For exchanges, please return your full priced item(s) for a refund and place a new online order for the correct item(s). 

If you purchased Melange Style merchandise at our boutique, department store, or other online retailer please return it back to 447 Eleanor Drive, Woodside, California 94062. Melange Style is not responsible for merchandise purchased from any other wholesale carrier or other distribution channel.

If I return an item to you, is my postage refunded? 
The initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described, incorrect orders or orders cancelled within 14 days.
